Q: What's the best way to clean my My True Removal unit?
A: Please note, the My True Removal unit should NOT be used in the shower or fully submerged in water. Even though it is water resistant, it is not waterproof. To give your Flawless Removal unit a clean, hold the main body of the shaver in one hand and use the other hand to pull the lower head away from the upper head. To get rid of any hair clippings, turn the lower head over and lightly shake it above a trash can. Don't forget to use the cleaning brush that comes with the unit!
Q: How regularly should I change the head of my My True Removal device?
A: It varies from person to person. If you have longer legs and thicker hair, you may want to consider replacing the head more often than someone with shorter legs and thinner hair. For a normal coverage area and hair thickness, we suggest changing the head every 3-4 months.
